a united family, one heart | BUILD | Pastor Miki Hardy | gabon

On the 24th and the 25th of July, the AGAPÉ church (Assemblée Gabonaise du Plein Évangile) had the joy of hosting the BATIR conference for the first time in Libreville, in the presence of Pastor Miki Hardy, his wife Audrey, and a team from CTMI who had travelled from Mauritius and Paris. There was great anticipation among the leaders of AGAPÉ, who were delighted to finally welcome the man whose ministry they had been following for a long time.

Upon their arrival, the CTMI team shared precious moments of fellowship with the brothers and sisters. Even before the official launch of the conference, a spontaneous meeting with the leaders allowed Pastor Miki to give a powerful testimony about his journey, marked by the central revelation of the message of the cross.

The conference, which brought together more than 900 pastors and leaders from all over Gabon and several Central African countries each day, featured four sessions rich in teaching. Pastor Miki addressed key themes: the cross as the foundation of Christian life, unity in leadership, the role of ministries, and the preservation of sound doctrine. The response to these messages was incredible, with smiles and exclamations of approval breaking out throughout the sermons.

Other events enriched this time, including a meeting for sisters with Audrey Hardy, a discussion session between Dr Steciuk and the many healthcare professionals from the church, and a large closing service attended by nearly 2,000 people, during which Pastor Miki Hardy spoke on the theme of freedom in Christ.

The warm welcome, flawless organisation, authentic locally composed worship songs, and palpable thirst of the church made this conference an unforgettable moment of grace and unity
