UNITED BY THE MESSAGE OF THE CROSS

The CTMI apostolic team is made up of leaders from churches around the world, united by the message of the cross and subsequent work of God in their lives. More than just coworkers, they live out this message, supporting one another, travelling across nations, and serving churches with one heart.  

Their unity is a testimony to the power of the cross — a message that breaks barriers, draws hearts together, and helps Christians grow in faith. Their vision is clear: to equip and strengthen leaders and churches through the apostolic message of the cross, raising a generation ready to serve Christ and build His Church.

A Team of LEADERS

Fivefold Ministries

CTMI is committed to upholding the biblical structure of the Church as described in the New Testament, where the body of elders represents the spiritual authority of the Church. Among these elders, some are anointed and called to one of the fivefold ministries described in Ephesians 4:11— apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, or teacher.

These ministries are gifts that Christ has entrusted to His Church for its spiritual growth, unity, and maturity. Each ministry expresses a unique dimension of spiritual authority, yet they work together in harmony to serve the Church. Their role is not to dominate, but to equip Christians, build up the body of Christ, and lead the church toward reflecting the life and character of Jesus. 

Each one is part of the body of elders, belongs to a local church, and is submitted to one another.

THE MISSIONARY TEAM

SERVING THE VISION

Alongside the apostolic team, many committed Christians serve faithfully to carry CTMI’s vision across the world. 

The coordination team oversees the organisation of international events, the planning of mission trips, and the maintenance of relationships with the various regional hubs. Working closely with them, the media department brings together dedicated communication professionals committed to spreading the message of the Gospel as widely and effectively as possible.  Meanwhile, the administrative branch handles all the practical and logistical aspects essential to CTMI’s smooth operation, ensuring a strong structure in support of the mission.

A group of devoted women also play a vital role in fulfilling this vision. Through the conferences they organise, they inspire, equip, and encourage many lives. Their involvement in fundraising and their ongoing initiatives reflect a deep dedication, making a significant contribution to CTMI’s growth and impact.

Without the faithfulness, zeal, and servant hearts of these brothers and sisters, the vision could not be fulfilled. Their quiet yet invaluable service allows elders and leaders to focus fully on ministry. Thanks to their work — often behind the scenes — the mission continues to move forward, touching lives and transforming hearts for the glory of God.
