Who Are You For Your Generation? | Young Adults Convention | Gaborone, Botswana

The Young Adults Convention took place from 15 to 17 March 2026 in Gaborone, Botswana, bringing together over 200 young adults eager to grow in their walk with the Lord.

The meetings were led by Pastor Steven Gachengo, alongside Pastor Richard Langworthy and Brother Len Boy, with support from several elders of the region and their wives.

The main theme focused on a generation captured by the Gospel, called to live set apart, spiritually alert, and fully surrendered to the Lord. Emphasis was placed on overcoming the flesh through the power of the Gospel, remaining watchful in prayer, and choosing the narrow path rather than conforming to the world. Acts 13:36 highlighted the call to serve God faithfully in one’s generation. The importance of godly relationships and allowing the cross to be at work in daily life was also addressed. Times of prayer followed the messages, with many responding to the call to realign their lives and take their place in this generation.

Outside of the meetings, meals were shared, providing opportunities for fellowship and strengthening relationships among the young adults.
