Now Is the Time! | CTMI International youth Camp | Mauritius

As the Teens Camp came to a close, the Youth Camp took place under the very same tent. In continuity with the Teens, the youth were challenged to take seriously their commitment to walking the narrow way. Through engaging and purposeful games, they invested time building cardboard structures designed to symbolise perseverance and progress on that path.

The Youth Camp featured three clear messages centred on being equipped for the Christian walk. A key highlight was a workshop led by Pastor Roland La Hausse on the End Times, presented as a short introduction followed by a question-and-answer session. Pastor Fabien Larhubarbe opened the camp by emphasising the importance of strong, grounded relationships that support faith and help believers become vessels of honour.

Pastor Marc Labonté urged the youth to seize what the Lord has for them, to build themselves up through the Word, and to become apprentices who will grow into effective workers in the Kingdom. He also shared the Lord’s desire to raise a pure and victorious generation.

As the final meeting began, space was given for healing and restoration. During praise and worship, an altar call was made for those facing mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression, bringing strength and peace to many. Pastor Miki Hardy then warned against remaining spiritually immature, drawing lessons from Lot, his wife and his sons-in-law in Genesis. The youth were challenged to take God’s warnings seriously, not cling to the world or the past, and to walk by faith. He stressed the need to lay aside personal plans in order to respond to God’s plan, trusting in His ability to fulfil it.

In response, the youth stood to commit themselves to this path, and the four pastors prayed in unison for the youth to be equipped and established in the ways of the Lord. The direction for the year was clear: now is the time to serve the Lord, to be disciples, to stop wasting time, to go deeper in His Word, and to walk in what He has called them to be.

We thank the Lord for these two wonderful camps and look forward to what He has in store for the Teens and Youth in 2026.
