20th edition Youth Camp | Reunion Island

Once again this year, more than a hundred young people gathered for a week rich in learning, sharing and activities as part of the 20th edition of the Youth Camp in Reunion Island.

Pastor Fabien Larhubarbe, who came from Mauritius for the occasion, was accompanied by his wife Mylène. During the camp, he encouraged the young people to know the heart of God. Through a simple and powerful message, he shared essential keys to living a victorious life with Christ. Several young people were touched and responded to the calls made during the meetings.

Despite sometimes unpredictable weather, participants fully enjoyed the activities around the theme: ‘Managing your finances, time and energy’. Each team represented a fictional family and had to manage a budget in an imaginary country: Camcaragua. To make the experience more realistic, the young people had to work to earn a salary, devote time to good works, and take care of a refugee.

Pastor Jocelyn Séry also spoke about the place of finances in Christian life. It was a stimulating and enriching workshop that left a lasting impression and sparked much reflection.
